Satay Souvlaki Chicken Skewers

  • 5 each Kontos® Chicken Souvlaki/Kebab Thawed
  • 0.50 cup(s) Thai Peanut Sauce
  • As needed Green Onion Thinly Sliced

Thai Peanut Sauce

  • 1 tbsp(s) Ginger Peeled, Minced
  • 0.50 cup(s) Creamy Peanut Butter
  • 0.50 cup(s) Coconut Milk Unsweetened
  • 2 tbsp(s) Rice Wine Vinegar
  • 2 tbsp(s) Soy Sauce
  • 2 tsp(s) Sriracha Prepared
  • 1 tbsp(s) Maple Syrup
  • To taste Kosher Salt
  • To taste Ground Black Pepper

Instructions
 

Satay Souvlaki Chicken Skewers

  • Pre-heat a well oiled grill over medium-high heat.
  • While flipping periodically, grill the souvlaki skewers for 8-10 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 165 Degrees F.
  • Transfer the souvlaki skewers on to a serving dish and drizzle with thai peanut sauce.
  • Finish the skewers with thinly sliced green onion and serve.

Thai Peanut Sauce

  • Combine all ingredients in a medium mixing bowl and whisk until well incorporated.
  • Transfer to a squeeze bottle or airtight container and refrigerate until needed.
