Instructions
Satay Souvlaki Chicken Skewers
Pre-heat a well oiled grill over medium-high heat.
While flipping periodically, grill the souvlaki skewers for 8-10 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 165 Degrees F.
Transfer the souvlaki skewers on to a serving dish and drizzle with thai peanut sauce.
Finish the skewers with thinly sliced green onion and serve.
Thai Peanut Sauce
Combine all ingredients in a medium mixing bowl and whisk until well incorporated.
Transfer to a squeeze bottle or airtight container and refrigerate until needed.
