Satay Souvlaki Chicken Skewers
- 5 each Kontos® Chicken Souvlaki/Kebab Thawed
- 0.50 cup(s) Thai Peanut Sauce
- As needed Green Onion Thinly Sliced
Thai Peanut Sauce
- 1 tbsp(s) Ginger Peeled, Minced
- 0.50 cup(s) Creamy Peanut Butter
- 0.50 cup(s) Coconut Milk Unsweetened
- 2 tbsp(s) Rice Wine Vinegar
- 2 tbsp(s) Soy Sauce
- 2 tsp(s) Sriracha Prepared
- 1 tbsp(s) Maple Syrup
- To taste Kosher Salt
- To taste Ground Black Pepper
Instructions
Satay Souvlaki Chicken Skewers
- Pre-heat a well oiled grill over medium-high heat.
- While flipping periodically, grill the souvlaki skewers for 8-10 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 165 Degrees F.
- Transfer the souvlaki skewers on to a serving dish and drizzle with thai peanut sauce.
- Finish the skewers with thinly sliced green onion and serve.
Thai Peanut Sauce
- Combine all ingredients in a medium mixing bowl and whisk until well incorporated.
- Transfer to a squeeze bottle or airtight container and refrigerate until needed.
