Kontos pita sticks tossed in EVOO and drizzled with spicy whipped feta before finishing with fresh microgreens.

Hot Feta Sticks

  • 6 oz. Kontos® Baked Pita Sticks
  • 1.5 tbsp(s) Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 1 each Lemons Fresh, Juiced
  • to taste Kosher Salt
  • to taste Ground Black Pepper
  • 0.5 cup(s) Spicy Whipped Feta Sauce
  • as needed Microgreens

Spicy Whipped Feta Sauce

  • 1 lb(s) Kontos® Greek Feta Crumbled
  • 1.25 cup(s) Hot Sauce of Choice

Instructions
 

Hot Feta Sticks

  • Add pita sticks to a large mixing bowl and toss with extra virgin olive oil, fresh lemon juice, kosher salt, and ground black pepper.
  • Transfer half the pita sticks to a serving platter and drizzle with half the spicy whipped feta sauce.
  • Top with remaining pita sticks before drizzling with remaining spicy whipped feta sauce and garnishing with microgreens.

Spicy Whipped Feta Sauce

  • Combine ingredients in the base of a food processor and process until smooth and creamy.
  • Transfer to an airtight container, cover, and refrigerate until needed.
