Instructions
Hot Feta Sticks
Add pita sticks to a large mixing bowl and toss with extra virgin olive oil, fresh lemon juice, kosher salt, and ground black pepper.
Transfer half the pita sticks to a serving platter and drizzle with half the spicy whipped feta sauce.
Top with remaining pita sticks before drizzling with remaining spicy whipped feta sauce and garnishing with microgreens.
Spicy Whipped Feta Sauce
Combine ingredients in the base of a food processor and process until smooth and creamy.
Transfer to an airtight container, cover, and refrigerate until needed.
