Ingredients
Hot Feta Sticks
- 6 oz. Kontos® Baked Pita Sticks
- 1.5 tbsp(s) Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1 each Lemons Fresh, Juiced
- to taste Kosher Salt
- to taste Ground Black Pepper
- 0.5 cup(s) Spicy Whipped Feta Sauce
- as needed Microgreens
Spicy Whipped Feta Sauce
- 1 lb(s) Kontos® Greek Feta Crumbled
- 1.25 cup(s) Hot Sauce of Choice
Instructions
Hot Feta Sticks
- Add pita sticks to a large mixing bowl and toss with extra virgin olive oil, fresh lemon juice, kosher salt, and ground black pepper.
- Transfer half the pita sticks to a serving platter and drizzle with half the spicy whipped feta sauce.
- Top with remaining pita sticks before drizzling with remaining spicy whipped feta sauce and garnishing with microgreens.
Spicy Whipped Feta Sauce
- Combine ingredients in the base of a food processor and process until smooth and creamy.
- Transfer to an airtight container, cover, and refrigerate until needed.
