Ingredients
- 6 oz. Kontos® Baked Pita Sticks
- 1.5 tbsp(s) Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1 each Lemon Fresh, Juiced
- to taste Kosher Salt
- to taste Ground Black Pepper
- 1 tsp(s) Oregano Dried
- 1 tbsp(s) Parsley Fresh, Chopped
- 1 tbsp(s) Scallions Fresh, Thinly Sliced
- 0.5 cup(s) Kontos® Tzatziki Sauce
- 0.5 cup(s) Kontos® Pitted Kalamata Olives
- 0.5 cup(s) Kontos® Greek Feta Crumbled
Instructions
- Add pita sticks to a large mixing bowl and toss with extra virgin olive oil, kosher salt, ground black pepper, the juice of a fresh lemon, dried oregano, chopped parsley, and sliced scallions.
- Transfer half the pita sticks to a serving plate and drizzle with half the tzatziki sauce before topping with half the kalmata olives and half of the crumbled feta.
- Top with remaining pita sticks and drizzle with with remaining tzataziki, before finishing with remaining kalmata olives and crumbled feta.
