Ingredients
  

  • 6 oz. Kontos® Baked Pita Sticks
  • 1.5 tbsp(s) Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 1 each Lemon Fresh, Juiced
  • to taste Kosher Salt
  • to taste Ground Black Pepper
  • 1 tsp(s) Oregano Dried
  • 1 tbsp(s) Parsley Fresh, Chopped
  • 1 tbsp(s) Scallions Fresh, Thinly Sliced
  • 0.5 cup(s) Kontos® Tzatziki Sauce
  • 0.5 cup(s) Kontos® Pitted Kalamata Olives
  • 0.5 cup(s) Kontos® Greek Feta Crumbled

Instructions
 

  • Add pita sticks to a large mixing bowl and toss with extra virgin olive oil, kosher salt, ground black pepper, the juice of a fresh lemon, dried oregano, chopped parsley, and sliced scallions.
  • Transfer half the pita sticks to a serving plate and drizzle with half the tzatziki sauce before topping with half the kalmata olives and half of the crumbled feta.
  • Top with remaining pita sticks and drizzle with with remaining tzataziki, before finishing with remaining kalmata olives and crumbled feta.
