Instructions
Add pita sticks to a large mixing bowl and toss with extra virgin olive oil, kosher salt, ground black pepper, the juice of a fresh lemon, dried oregano, chopped parsley, and sliced scallions.
Transfer half the pita sticks to a serving plate and drizzle with half the tzatziki sauce before topping with half the kalmata olives and half of the crumbled feta.
Top with remaining pita sticks and drizzle with with remaining tzataziki, before finishing with remaining kalmata olives and crumbled feta.
