Ingredients
  

  • 4 each Kontos® 7” Greek lifestyle Flatbread™
  • 1.33 cup(s) Kontos® Hummus
  • 2 each Avocado Fresh
  • 4 oz Kontos® Greek Feta
  • 4 tsp(s) Extra Virigin Olive Oil
  • As Needed Radish Fresh
  • As Needed Everything bagel Seasoning
  • As Needed Crushed Red Pepper Flakes

Instructions
 

  • Pre-heat a griddle over medium high heat.
  • Toast both sides of flatbread for 1 minute or until lightly crisp.
  • For each flatbread, spread 1/3rd cup of hummus evenly across the surface.
  • Top each flatbread with sliced avocado, 1 oz. of crumbled feta, and 1 tsp of extra virgin olive oil.
  • Finish each flatbread with thinly sliced radish, everything bagel seasoning, and crushed red pepper flakes.
