Instructions
Pre-heat a griddle over medium high heat.
Toast both sides of flatbread for 1 minute or until lightly crisp.
For each flatbread, spread 1/3rd cup of hummus evenly across the surface.
Top each flatbread with sliced avocado, 1 oz. of crumbled feta, and 1 tsp of extra virgin olive oil.
Finish each flatbread with thinly sliced radish, everything bagel seasoning, and crushed red pepper flakes.
