  • 6 oz. Kontos® Baked Pita Sticks
  • 1.5 tbsp(s) Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • to taste to taste Kosher Salt
  • to taste to taste Ground Black Pepper
  • 0.5 cup(s) Parmesan Cheese Freshly Grated
  • 1 cup(s) Bruschetta Base
  • 2 tbsp(s) Balsamic Glaze
  • 0.5 cup(s) Whipped Ricotta Cheese


  • Add pita sticks to a large mixing bowl and toss with extra virgin olive oil, kosher salt, ground black pepper, and freshly grated parmesan cheese.
  • Transfer half the sticks to a serving plate and top with half the bruschetta base, half of the balsamic glaze and whipped ricotta.
  • Top with remaining sticks and drizzle with remaining bruschetta base before drizzling with remaining balsamic glaze and whipped ricotta cheese.
