Instructions
Add pita sticks to a large mixing bowl and toss with extra virgin olive oil, kosher salt, ground black pepper, and freshly grated parmesan cheese.
Transfer half the sticks to a serving plate and top with half the bruschetta base, half of the balsamic glaze and whipped ricotta.
Top with remaining sticks and drizzle with remaining bruschetta base before drizzling with remaining balsamic glaze and whipped ricotta cheese.
