Ingredients
- 6 oz. Kontos® Baked Pita Sticks
- 1.5 tbsp(s) Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- to taste to taste Kosher Salt
- to taste to taste Ground Black Pepper
- 0.5 cup(s) Parmesan Cheese Freshly Grated
- 1 cup(s) Bruschetta Base
- 2 tbsp(s) Balsamic Glaze
- 0.5 cup(s) Whipped Ricotta Cheese
Instructions
- Add pita sticks to a large mixing bowl and toss with extra virgin olive oil, kosher salt, ground black pepper, and freshly grated parmesan cheese.
- Transfer half the sticks to a serving plate and top with half the bruschetta base, half of the balsamic glaze and whipped ricotta.
- Top with remaining sticks and drizzle with remaining bruschetta base before drizzling with remaining balsamic glaze and whipped ricotta cheese.
