Grill side up, place panini bread on a sheet pan lined with parchment paper.
Brush the top of each flatbread with 1Tbsp(s) of olive oil.
Spread each panini bread with 2 Tbsp(s) of tzatziki alfredo and top each with 2 oz. of sliced gyro, 1 oz. of halved graped tomatoes, 1 Tbsp(s) of pepperonicini peppers, and 2 Tbsp(s) of sliced red onions.
Bake for 10 minutes or until cheese is bubbly and golden.
Finish each flatbread with 1 oz. of oregano fries, 1 Tbsp(s) of Greek crema, and minced parsley.
7.Transfer the pizza onto a serving platter or board and cut into 4 equal slices before serving.
Tzatziki Alfredo Sauce
Combine alfredo sauce and tzatziki sauce in a medium mixing bowl; Whisk until well incorporated.
Transfer the sauce in to an air tight container and refrigerate until needed.
Greek Crema
Combine all ingredients in a large mixing bowl and whisk until smooth.
Transfer the crema in to a squeeze bottle (optional) or an airtight container and reserve refrigerated until needed.
