Instructions
Pre-heat a fryer or large pot of vegetable oil to 375 Degrees F.
Cut each pita in 6 equal triangles and fry them in batches for 1-2 minutes or until chips are crisp and golden.
Shake off excess oil and toss them in a mixing bowl with cinnamon sugar until well coated.
Transfer to a serving dish and serve with a side of vanilla icing for dipping.
