Ingredients
  

  • Kontos Flatbread
  • Roast Beef or London Broil cooked to taste and sliced
  • Swiss cheese sliced
  • Red Onion, thinly sliced
  • Lettuce (optional)
  • Dill pickle slice, Cole Slaw chilled (optional)

Instructions
 

  • Cut a Kontos Flatbread in half and place desired amount of Roast Beef/London Broil and Swiss Cheese on one half.
  • Add lettuce, Onion, Tomato and top with other half of Kontos Flatbread.
  • Serve with chilled dill pickle slice and/or Cole Slaw.

Notes

Serve sandwich warm by placing in electric grill, panini machine, skillet, or even in the oven and heating until cheese melts.
