Course Lunch
Ingredients
- Kontos Flatbread
- Roast Beef or London Broil cooked to taste and sliced
- Swiss cheese sliced
- Red Onion, thinly sliced
- Lettuce (optional)
- Dill pickle slice, Cole Slaw chilled (optional)
Instructions
- Cut a Kontos Flatbread in half and place desired amount of Roast Beef/London Broil and Swiss Cheese on one half.
- Add lettuce, Onion, Tomato and top with other half of Kontos Flatbread.
- Serve with chilled dill pickle slice and/or Cole Slaw.
Notes
Serve sandwich warm by placing in electric grill, panini machine, skillet, or even in the oven and heating until cheese melts.
