  • 2 each Kontos® 7" Missy Roti
  • 1 cup(s) Queso Blanco
  • 0.25 cup(s) Pico De Gallo
  • As needed Cilantro Fresh


  • Pre-heat a convection oven to the 400 degrees.
  • Cut each roti in to 6 equal triangles and place them on a grill rack set over a sheet pan lined with parchment paper.
  • Bake for 7 minutes or until chips are crisp and golden.
  • Serve with a side of warm queso blanco topped with fresh pico de gallo.
