Ingredients
- 2 each Kontos® 7" Missy Roti
- 1 cup(s) Queso Blanco
- 0.25 cup(s) Pico De Gallo
- As needed Cilantro Fresh
Instructions
- Pre-heat a convection oven to the 400 degrees.
- Cut each roti in to 6 equal triangles and place them on a grill rack set over a sheet pan lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 7 minutes or until chips are crisp and golden.
- Serve with a side of warm queso blanco topped with fresh pico de gallo.
