  • 2 each Kontos® Onion Flatbread
  • 0.25 cup(s) Jalapeno Cream Cheese
  • 4 slices American Cheese
  • 4 slices Tomato Fresh, 1/4 in. Slice
  • 1 tbsp(s) Unsalted Butter Room Temperature


  • Pre-heat a griddle over medium heat.
  • Assemble the sandwiches by spreading 2 Tbsp(s) of jalapeno cream cheese on each slice of flatbread.
  • Top the bottom half with 4 slices of American cheese, and 4 slices of tomato, cover with the top half.
  • Add half the butter to the griddle and spread the remainder on top half of the sandwich.
  • Griddle both sides for 3-5 minutes or until bread is golden and cheese is completely melted.
  • Cut each grilled cheese in half before serving.
