Ingredients
- 4 each Kontos® Hummus Flatbread
- 2 qt(s) Romaine Lettuce Chopped
- 0.25 cup(s) Casesar Salad Dressing
- 0.25 cup(s) Parmesan Cheese Shaved
Instructions
- Pre-heat an oven to 400 degrees F.
- Pre-heat a griddle over medium high heat.
- Toast both sides of each flatbread on the griddle for 20 seconds or until warm and pliable.
- Gentle nestle the flatbread inside a small 7 in. mixing bowl and bake for 8-10 minutes or until crisp.
- Remove the flatbread from the bowl and allow to cool for 5 minutes.
- Combine romaine and caesar dressing in a large mixing bowl and mix until well incorporated.
- Fill each bowl with 2 cups of dressed lettuce and garnish each with 1 Tbsp(s) of shaved parmesan cheese.
