  • 4 each Kontos® 8” Pre-Grilled Panini Bread 10099PG
  • 0.25 cup(s) Olive Oil
  • 0.5 cup(s) Tzatziki Alfredo Sauce Sub Recipe
  • 1 cup(s) Kontos® Greek Feta Crumbled
  • 8 oz Kontos® Off-The-Cone Gyro Thawed, Roughly Chopped
  • 4 oz Grape Tomatoes, Fresh Halved
  • 0.25 cup(s) Pepperoncini Peppers Thinly Sliced Rings
  • 0.50 cup(s) Red Onions, Fresh Thinly Sliced
  • 4 oz Oregano Fries, Prepared Reserved Hot
  • 0.25 cup(s) Greek Crema Sub Recipe
  • As needed Parsley, Fresh Minced

Tzatziki Alfredo Sauce

  • 0.5 cup(s) Alfredo Sauce Prepared
  • 0.5 cup(s) Kontos® Tzatziki Sauce #20005

Greek Crema

  • 0.75 cup(s) Kontos® 14% Milk Fat Greek Yogurt
  • 0.25 cup(s) Lemon Juice, Fresh
  • 2 tbsp(s) Water

Instructions
 

The Jersey Spartan

  • Pre-heat a convection oven to 450 degrees.
  • Grill side up, place panini bread on a sheet pan lined with parchment paper.
  • Brush the top of each flatbread with 1Tbsp(s) of olive oil.
  • Spread each panini bread with 2 Tbsp(s) of tzatziki alfredo and top each with 2 oz. of sliced gyro, 1 oz. of halved graped tomatoes, 1 Tbsp(s) of pepperonicini peppers, and 2 Tbsp(s) of sliced red onions.
  • Bake for 10 minutes or until cheese is bubbly and golden.
  • Finish each flatbread with 1 oz. of oregano fries, 1 Tbsp(s) of Greek crema, and minced parsley.
  • 7.Transfer the pizza onto a serving platter or board and cut into 4 equal slices before serving.

Tzatziki Alfredo Sauce

  • Combine alfredo sauce and tzatziki sauce in a medium mixing bowl; Whisk until well incorporated.
  • Transfer the sauce in to an air tight container and refrigerate until needed.

Greek Crema

  • Combine all ingredients in a large mixing bowl and whisk until smooth.
  • Transfer the crema in to a squeeze bottle (optional) or an airtight container and reserve refrigerated until needed.
