Sweet Chilli Crisp Margherita
- 4 each Kontos® 8” Pre-Grilled Panini Bread #10099PG
- 0.25 cup(s) Olive Oil
- 0.50 cup(s) Chili Crisp Marinara Sauce Sub Recipe
- 8 oz Mozzarella Cheese, Fresh 1/2 in. Cubed
- 4 tsp(s) Honey
- 0.25 cup(s) Parmesan Cheese Freshly Grated
- As needed Basil, Fresh Chiffonade
Chilli Crisp Marinara Sauce
- 1 cup(s) Marinara Sauce Prepared
- 1.5 tsp(s) Chili Crisp Prepared
Instructions
Sweet Chili Crisp Margherita
- Pre-heat a convection oven to 450 degrees.
- Grill side up, place panini bread on a sheet pan lined with parchment paper.
- Brush the top of each panini bread with 1Tbsp(s) of olive oil.
- Spread each piece of bread with 2 Tbsp(s) of chili crisp marinara sauce and top evenly with 2 oz. of cubed mozzarella cheese.
- Bake for 10 minutes or until bubbly and crust is golden.
- Drizzle each flatbread with 1 tsp(s) of honey and finish with 1 Tbsp(s) of freshly grated parmesan cheese and chiffonade basil.
- Transfer the pizza onto a serving platter or board and cut into 4 equal slices before serving.
Chili Crisp Marinara Sauce
- Combine marinara sauce and chili crisp in a medium mixing bowl; Mix until well incorporated.
- Transfer the sauce in to an air tight container and refrigerate until needed.
