Ingredients
- As needed Vegetable Oil
- 2 each Kontos® 7” White pocket-Less Pita® 10010
- 3 tbsp(s) Cinnamon Sugar Prepared
- 0.50 cup(s) Vanilla Icing Prepared
Instructions
- Pre-heat a fryer or large pot of vegetable oil to 375 Degrees F.
- Cut each pita in 6 equal triangles and fry them in batches for 1-2 minutes or until chips are crisp and golden.
- Shake off excess oil and toss them in a mixing bowl with cinnamon sugar until well coated.
- Transfer to a serving dish and serve with a side of vanilla icing for dipping.
