Instructions
Flatliner Burger
Pre-heat a griddle over medium heat.
Spread half of the butter across the griddle. Flat side down, toast the flatbreads for 1-2 minutes or until golden, flip and toast the other side for 1 minute or until lightly toasted; Set aside.
Increase the heat of the griddle to medium high.
Mold the ground beef in to 4 oz. patties, transfer them on to a sheet pan lined with parchment paper and season the surface with salt and pepper.
Spread remaining butter across the griddle and add the burgers seasoned side facing down.
Press the burgers down with a metal spatula to flatten and season remaining side. Griddle the first side for 3-5 minutes or until edges are browned.
Flip the burgers and top each with 1 slice of provolone cheese, dome/cover to allow them to steam for 1-2 minutes, or until cheese is melted and internal cooking temperature of burgers reaches 155 Degrees F.
To assemble, spread 1/2 Tbsp(s) of aioli on the flatside of each flatbread, Top half of the flatbreads with 2 cheesy burger patties, 2 Tbsp(s) of caramelized onions, 2 Strips of crispy bacon, and 3 Pickle Chips before covering with remaining slices of flatbread.
Serve with a side of crispy oregano fries and enjoy.
Whole Grain Mustard Aioli
Combine all ignredients in the base a medium mixing bowl and whisk until well incorporated; Adjust seasoning with salt and pepper.
Transfer the aioli into a an airtight container, cover and refrigerate until needed.
