Grill side facing up, place cocktail flatbread on a sheet pan lined with parchment paper.
Lightly drizzle olive oil over each flatbread and bake for 5-7 minutes or until bread is golden and crisp.
Allow flatbread crostini's to cool for 15 minutes before smearing each with 1/2 tbsp(s) of goat cheese and topping with 1 tsp(s) of fig jam, 1 piece of crispy bacon, and 1/2 tsp(s) of chopped chives.
Transfer the crostini's to a serving platter and finish with fresh lemon juice.
