Instructions
Heat a griddle over medium-high heat and proceed to toast both sides of the gyro bread for 30 seconds or until warm and pliable.
Spread each flatbread with 2tbsp(s) of tzatziki sauce before topping each with 2 oz. of gyro meat, 3 slices of tomatoes, 2 Tbsp(s) cup of sliced onions, 1 Tbsp(s) of greek Tsopanaki Greek Feta, and 1 tsp(s) of fresh chopped parsley.
Optional: Wrap each gyro in an 8 1/2"" x 12"" piece of parchment paper for a more an elevated street food experience.
