Cocktail Flatbread Appetizers

Ingredients

  • 1 Retail Package (20 pieces) Kontos Cocktail Flatbreads
  • 3 ounces Smoked Salmon, Sliced
  • Horseradish Mayonaisse
  • 1 Avocado, Sliced
  • 3 ounces Grilled Beef or Pork Tenderloin, Sliced Strips
  • Scallion or Dill
  • 3 ounces Chicken or Tuna, Sliced
  • Tomato, Cucumber, or Fresh Basil

Instructions

  • Place sliced strips or cubes of smoked salmon, enough to cover one piece of Kontos Cocktail Flatbread.
  • Place sliced strips of grilled beef or pork tenderloin to cover one piece of Kontos Cocktail Flatbread.
  • Place dollop of chicken or tuna sliced to aptly cover one piece of Kontos Cocktail Flatbread.
  • Garnish salmon with Horseradish mayonnaise and sliced avocado; garnish beef/pork with horseradish mayonnaise, scallion, or dill; garnish chicken/tuna with tomato, cucumber, and/or fresh basil.
