1. Place pork in a slow-cooker. Cover bottom (approx. ¼ inch) of slow-cooker with water.
2. Cook pork on low for approx. 7 hours, or until pork is fully cooked and tender when forked.
3. Place pork in a bowl and shred with a fork. Add your favorite barbeque sauce, to taste. Reheat pork mixed with barbecue sauce in slow-cooker for 30-40 minutes.
4. Spread 1/2 of the pork on one warm flatbread. Spread remaining pork on another warm flatbread. Top each with another flatbread, cut in half, and enjoy!
Note: Top sandwich with your favorite greens or coleslaw.
