8Fresh Romaine Lettuce Leaves
2Medium Tomatoes- Thinly Sliced
Instructions
1. Season beef with salt and pepper. Shape into 8 flat (oval-shaped) burgers, about 4 inches long.
2. Heat 12-inch skillet over medium-high heat. Add seasoned burgers and cook 2 minutes.
Turn burgers. Top with bleu cheese and cover. Cook until cheese melts and burgers are cooked as
desired.
3. Wrap Kontos Pre-Grilled Mini Oval Flatbreads in paper towels. Microwave on HIGH 1 minute or until warmed.
4. Spread mayonnaise on one-half of a warmed flatbread. Top with 1 lettuce leaf, 2 tomato
slices and 1 cheese-topped burger. Fold flatbread over burger and secure with wooden pick. Repeat for remaining burgers.
