1. Prepare bacon and drain fat.
2. Lightly brush EVOO over both sides of Kontos Flatbread and heat in oven until lightly golden brown, but still remaining soft.
3. Cut bread in half and top with Kontos Tzatziki Sauce, ½ with arugula, tomato, and bacon.
4. Salt and pepper to taste and cover with other half of bread.
