Course Appetizer


  • Greek Feta Cheese (2 Parts)
  • Ricotta Cheese (1 Part)
  • Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • Crushed Red Pepper (Dash)
  • Tobasco Sauce (To Taste)


  • Mix Feta and Ricotta Cheeses with Olive Oil. Add Crushed Red Pepper and Tobasco Sauce, to taste. Serve with sliced Kontos Pita or Flatbread.
