Ingredients
- 1 tray Kontos Mini Fillo Cups about 15–20
- 1 cup Turkey Breast diced
- 3/4 cup Goat Cheese cut into small cubes
- a few Sprigs of Rosemary for garnish
- 1 cup Cranberries
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 cup water
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Prepare the fillo cups: Arrange the mini fillo cups on a baking sheet in a single layer.
- Bake the tray in the oven until the brie melts, about 5–7 minutes.
- Remove from the oven.
- Over medium heat, add olive oil and cranberries to a sauce pan. After a few minutes, reduce to low heat. Add the water and sugar. Cook until cranberries reduce into a sauce.
- Add your cooked, diced turkey breast to each cup.
- Add a spoonful of cranberry compote on top of the turkey.
- Add a spoonful of goat cheese on top of the cranberry compote.
- Garnish with a sprig of thyme in each cup.
- Ready to serve!
