Thanksgiving Fillo Cups

Turkey breast, cranberry compote, and goat cheese piled into a Kontos Mini Fillo Cup, garnished with thyme.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 tray Kontos Mini Fillo Cups about 15–20
  • 1 cup Turkey Breast diced
  • 3/4 cup Goat Cheese cut into small cubes
  • a few Sprigs of Rosemary for garnish
  • 1 cup Cranberries
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 cup water

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Prepare the fillo cups: Arrange the mini fillo cups on a baking sheet in a single layer.
  • Bake the tray in the oven until the brie melts, about 5–7 minutes.
  • Remove from the oven.
  • Over medium heat, add olive oil and cranberries to a sauce pan. After a few minutes, reduce to low heat. Add the water and sugar. Cook until cranberries reduce into a sauce.
  • Add your cooked, diced turkey breast to each cup.
  • Add a spoonful of cranberry compote on top of the turkey.
  • Add a spoonful of goat cheese on top of the cranberry compote.
  • Garnish with a sprig of thyme in each cup.
  • Ready to serve!
