Ingredients
- 1 Kontos Tavern Flatbread
- 1 tbsp Olive Oil
- 1 bunch Spinach Washed
- 2 links Italian Sausage Sweet
- 1/2 cup Mozzarella Shredded
- 3-5 cloves Garlic Peeled
- 5 cherry tomatoes Cut in halves
- Salt To Taste
Instructions
- Pre-heat oven to 400 degrees farenheit.
Cook Spinach
- Add olive oil to a sautee pan over medium heat.
- Add the garlic cloves, cook for 2 mins.
- Add the washed spinach and sautee until wilted. Set aside.
Cook Sausage
- In the same pan, remove the casing from the sausage and break apart using your hands and add to the hot pan over medium heat.
- With a wooden spoon, gently break apart the sausage. Cook until golden with a little bit of char. Set aside.
Assemble Flatbread
- Place the Tavern Flatbread on a baking sheet and sprinkle the mozzarella cheese all over the flatbread. Place in oven for 2-5 mins, or until cheese is melted.
- Remove pan from the oven and add the spinach, garlic cloves, and crumbled sausage.
- Garnish with the cherry tomato halves.
- Salt to taste and cut into three wedges - ready to serve!
