Spinach & Feta Bar Pie

Kontos Tavern Flatbread topped with creamy feta cheese, sautéed spinach, roasted garlic, a touch of red pepper flakes, and a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 Kontos Tavern Flatbread
  • 1 cup Crumbled Feta
  • 1 Bunch Spinach Washed
  • 1 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 5 Cloves Garlic Peeled
  • Red Pepper Flakes To Taste
  • Salt To Taste

Instructions
 

  • Pre-heat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
  • Add the olive to a sautee pan and heat over medium heat.
  • Add the garlic cloves and cook for 2-5 minutes, or until browned.
  • Add the spinach and cook until wilted. Remove from Pan.
  • Place Kontos Tavern Flatbread on baking sheet.
  • Add the crumbled feta, spinach, and garlic on the flatbread.
  • Place in the oven for 2-5 minutes.
  • Remove from the oven and lay on a cutting board to slice in 8 diagonal wedges.
  • Garnish with red pepper flakes and salt to taste then serve!
