Ingredients
- 1 Kontos Tavern Flatbread
- 1 cup Crumbled Feta
- 1 Bunch Spinach Washed
- 1 tbsp Olive Oil
- 5 Cloves Garlic Peeled
- Red Pepper Flakes To Taste
- Salt To Taste
Instructions
- Pre-heat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Add the olive to a sautee pan and heat over medium heat.
- Add the garlic cloves and cook for 2-5 minutes, or until browned.
- Add the spinach and cook until wilted. Remove from Pan.
- Place Kontos Tavern Flatbread on baking sheet.
- Add the crumbled feta, spinach, and garlic on the flatbread.
- Place in the oven for 2-5 minutes.
- Remove from the oven and lay on a cutting board to slice in 8 diagonal wedges.
- Garnish with red pepper flakes and salt to taste then serve!
