Pomegranate & Baked Brie Cups

Baked brie inside a fillo cup topped with pomegranate seeds and fresh rosemary.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 Kontos Mini Fillo Cups about 15–20
  • 1 block brie cheese cut into small cubes
  • 1/2 cup fresh pomegranate seeds
  • A few sprigs of fresh rosemary

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Prepare the fillo cups: Arrange the mini fillo cups on a baking sheet in a single layer.
  • Place one cube of brie cheese into each fillo cup.
  • Bake the tray in the oven until the brie melts, about 5–7 minutes.
  • Remove from the oven.
  • Sprinkle a few pomegranate seeds in each cup.
  • Garnish each with a sprig of rosemary.
  • Serve: Ready to enjoy warm!
