Ingredients
- 1 Kontos Tavern Flatbread
- 2-3 tbsp tomato sauce preferably pizza or marinara sauce
- 1/4 cup ricotta cheese dolloped
- 8-10 slices slices of pepperoni
- Fresh basil leaves for garnish
- Crushed red pepper flakes or black pepper optional, to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (204°C).
- Place the Kontos Tavern Flatbread on a baking sheet.
- Brush a thin layer of tomato sauce evenly over the flatbread.
- Add dollops of mozzarella and ricotta across the surface.
- Top with pepperoni slices and scatter fresh basil leaves throughout.
- Bake in the oven until the cheese is melted.
- Slice into 4 slices and serve!
