Ingredients
  

  • 1 Kontos Tavern Flatbread
  • 2-3 tbsp tomato sauce preferably pizza or marinara sauce
  • 1/4 cup ricotta cheese dolloped
  • 8-10 slices slices of pepperoni
  • Fresh basil leaves for garnish
  • Crushed red pepper flakes or black pepper optional, to taste

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (204°C).
  • Place the Kontos Tavern Flatbread on a baking sheet.
  • Brush a thin layer of tomato sauce evenly over the flatbread.
  • Add dollops of mozzarella and ricotta across the surface.
  • Top with pepperoni slices and scatter fresh basil leaves throughout.
  • Bake in the oven until the cheese is melted.
  • Slice into 4 slices and serve!
