Peaches & Gorgonzola Bar Pie

Caramelized peaches and grapes nestled between melted gorgonzola on Kontos Tavern Flatbread. Garnished with walnuts and fresh arugula.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 Kontos Tavern Flatbread
  • 1 peach sliced
  • 5-8 grapes
  • 3/4 cup gorgonzola sliced
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/4 cup walnuts
  • bunch of fresh arugula

Instructions
 

  • Set oven to 400 degrees farenheit.
  • Add the olive oil to a sautee pan over medium heat, add the sliced peaches and grapes.
  • Lower heat to low and let the peaches and grapes caramelized. The grapes should be blistering and the peaches should look more brown.
  • Remove from the pan and set aside.
  • Place 1 Kontos Tavern Flatbread on a baking sheet and add the gorgonzola throughout the flatbread.
  • Between each slice of cheese, add the peaches and the grapes.
  • Place the flatbread in the oven until the cheese is melted.
  • Add the walnuts and arugula and cut into 4 pieces diagonally.
  • Ready to serve!
