Ingredients
- 1 Kontos Tavern Flatbread
- 1 peach sliced
- 5-8 grapes
- 3/4 cup gorgonzola sliced
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/4 cup walnuts
- bunch of fresh arugula
Instructions
- Set oven to 400 degrees farenheit.
- Add the olive oil to a sautee pan over medium heat, add the sliced peaches and grapes.
- Lower heat to low and let the peaches and grapes caramelized. The grapes should be blistering and the peaches should look more brown.
- Remove from the pan and set aside.
- Place 1 Kontos Tavern Flatbread on a baking sheet and add the gorgonzola throughout the flatbread.
- Between each slice of cheese, add the peaches and the grapes.
- Place the flatbread in the oven until the cheese is melted.
- Add the walnuts and arugula and cut into 4 pieces diagonally.
- Ready to serve!
