Ingredients
- 2 each Kontos® Onion Flatbread
- 0.25 cup(s) Jalapeno Cream Cheese
- 4 slices American Cheese
- 4 slices Tomato Fresh, 1/4 in. Slice
- 1 tbsp(s) Unsalted Butter Room Temperature
Instructions
- Pre-heat a griddle over medium heat.
- Assemble the sandwiches by spreading 2 Tbsp(s) of jalapeno cream cheese on each slice of flatbread.
- Top the bottom half with 4 slices of American cheese, and 4 slices of tomato, cover with the top half.
- Add half the butter to the griddle and spread the remainder on top half of the sandwich.
- Griddle both sides for 3-5 minutes or until bread is golden and cheese is completely melted.
- Cut each grilled cheese in half before serving.
