Instructions

  1. Lay Lavash bread on a cutting board. Place 1 tablespoon in each of the four quadrants of the bread. Layer all the ingredients on one side of the Lavash bread. Roll, jelly-roll fashion, the bread, starting on the side with all of the fillings. Trim ends of bread, wrap tightly in foil for transport.
