Hot Honey & Feta Sticks
- 6 oz. Kontos® Baked Pita Sticks
- 1.5 tbsp(s) Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- to taste Kosher Salt
- to taste Ground Black Pepper
- 0.75 cup(s) Hot Honey Feta Sauce
- as needed Parsley Fresh, Chopped
Hot Honey Feta Sauce
- 8 oz. Kontos® Greek Feta Crumbled
- 0.25 cup(s) Hot Honey
- 0.5 cup(s) Kontos® 9% Milk Fat Greek Yogurt
- 2 fl. oz. Lemon Juice
- 1 tbsp(s) Lemon Zest
- to taste Kosher Salt
- to taste Ground Black Pepper
Instructions
Hot Honey & Feta Sticks
- Add pita sticks to a large mixing bowl and toss with extra virgin olive oil, kosher salt, and ground black pepper.
- Transfer half the sticks to a serving plate before drizzling with half of the hot honey feta sauce.
- Top with remaining pita sticks, drizzle with remaining hot honey feta sauce, and finish with fresh chopped parsley.
Hot Honey Feta Sauce
- Combine all ingredients in the base of a food processor and process until smooth and creamy; Adjust seasoning with salt and pepper.
- Transfer to an airtight container, cover and refrigerate until needed.
