Ingredients
- 4 each Kontos® 7” Greek lifestyle Flatbread™
- 1.33 cup(s) Kontos® Hummus
- 2 each Avocado Fresh, Halved, Cored, Thinly Sliced
- 4 oz Kontos® Greek Feta Crumbled
- 4 tsp(s) Extra Virigin Olive Oil
- As Needed Radish Fresh, Thinly Sliced on Mandoline
- As Needed Everything bagel Seasoning
- As Needed Crushed Red Pepper Flakes
Instructions
- Pre-heat a griddle over medium high heat.
- Toast both sides of flatbread for 1 minute or until lightly crisp.
- For each flatbread, spread 1/3rd cup of hummus evenly across the surface.
- Top each flatbread with sliced avocado, 1 oz. of crumbled feta, and 1 tsp of extra virgin olive oil.
- Finish each flatbread with thinly sliced radish, everything bagel seasoning, and crushed red pepper flakes.
