Ingredients
- 1 Kontos Mini Fillo Cups about 15–20
- 1 block brie cheese cut into small cubes
- 1 cup fresh cranberries
- 1 cup pecans
- A few sprigs of fresh thyme
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 cup water
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Prepare the fillo cups: Arrange the mini fillo cups on a baking sheet in a single layer.
- Heat olive oil in a small saucepan over medium heat.
- Add the cranberries and cook until they begin to soften.
- Reduce heat to low and add 1 cup water, letting the cranberries caramelize into a thick sauce.
- Transfer to a mixing bowl to cool slightly.
- Place one cube of brie cheese into each fillo cup.
- Bake the tray in the oven until the brie melts, about 5–7 minutes.
- Remove from the oven.
- Spoon the cranberry sauce into each cup.
- Garnish each with a sprig of thyme and one pecan.
- Serve: Ready to enjoy warm!
