Blistered Cherry Tomato & Ricotta Bar Pie

Sweet, colorful grape tomatoes caramelized in quality olive oil and garlic, layered over creamy ricotta cheese on Kontos Tavern Flatbread.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 Kontos Tavern Flatbread
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 clove garlic whole
  • 1 cup Tri-Color Cherry Tomatoes
  • 3/4 cup Ricotta Cheese

Instructions
 

  • Set oven to 400 degrees farenheit.
  • In a sauté pan, heat up the olive oil on medium heat.
  • Once the pan is hot, add the garlic and cherry tomatoes. Cook until the tomatoes are caramelized and bursting.
  • Place Kontos Tavern Flatbread on a cookie sheet and in the oven for 3 minutes.
  • Remove the flatbread from the oven and smear the ricotta all over the flatbread.
  • Add the cherry tomatoes and garlic on top of the ricotta.
  • Cut into 4 pieces diagonally.
