Ingredients
- 1 tray Kontos Mini Fillo Cups about 15–20
- 1 block brie cheese cut into small cubes
- 10-12 fresh blackberries
- 5 leaves sage
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Prepare the fillo cups: Arrange the mini fillo cups on a baking sheet in a single layer.
- Place one cube of brie cheese into each fillo cup.
- Bake the tray in the oven until the brie melts, about 5–7 minutes.
- Remove from the oven.
- Add 1 blackberry to each cup.
- Over medium heat, add olive oil to sauce pan and fry the sage until crisp. Remove and lay on a paper toil.
- Garnish each fillo cup with 1 leaf of sage.
- Ready to serve!
