Falafel Mix
With a 1 to 1.5 oz scoop, prepare 2 to 3 “balls” of our falafel mix, drop into hot oil, and fry until golden brown. Place on a Kontos Pocket-Less Pita with chopped onion, tomato, and a dollop of our Tzatziki Sauce, fold or wrap, and serve.
