Paterson, New Jersey – Sept. 17, 2019 – Kontos Foods, Inc., a U.S.- based manufacturer and distributor of traditional artisan breads and Mediterranean specialty foods, will be heading to Miami for the 23rd annual Americas Food & Beverage Show, Sept. 23-24 at the Miami Beach Convention Center. Along with its full lineup of breads, this year Kontos is excited to show off its newest flatbread: Gorditas, handmade soft flatbread “taco shells,” perfect for making stuffed taco sandwiches, filled with meat, cheese, salsa or sour cream. Like most of Kontos flatbreads, Gorditas contain No Trans Fats, are 100 percent vegetarian, Certified Kosher-Pareve (Pas Yisroel) and Halal. Other items include Toasted Tidbits™, made from sliced Kontos’ signature GYRO Bread, toasted into delicious Tidbits™, as well as favorites such as Pre-Grilled Cocktail Flatbreads, Pre-Grilled, Mini Oval Flatbreads, Gluten-Free Wraps, and more.
