Kontos Foods to Showcase Full Product Line, Including All-Natural, French-Style Crepes at SIAL Paris Tradeshow

(www.kontos.com), a U.S.-based manufacturer and distributor of traditional Greek and Mediterranean foods, today announced that the company will be highlighting its All-Natural, French-Style Crepes, in both traditional and savory flavors, as well as nearly its entire range of offerings, including its Pita Bread, Flatbread and Fillo products, at the SIAL Paris International Food & Beverage Tradeshow, being held between Oct. 16-20 at the Parc des Expositions de Paris-Nord Villepinte, Paris. Kontos crepes, available for retail stores and foodservice establishments, are significantly lower in calories, fat, carbohydrates and sodium versus other breads and wraps. They can be used to create delicious, low-carb sandwiches, appetizers, meals and desserts. Kontos calls its crepe the “Lite, Elegant Skinny Wrap™” because it is a delicious replacement for a higher-calorie sandwich wrap, while at the same time providing the basis for elegant French-style dinners and desserts.

SIAL Paris bills itself as the world’s largest food innovation exhibition; some 7,000 companies from more than 105 countries will be presenting their products to 155,000 retail and foodservice professionals from 194 countries.
