Kontos Foods to Showcase Assorted Flatbreads & Fillo Dough at FoodEx Show in Japan

At booth #3C04-79, attendees can check out Kontos Foods’ specialty seafood recipes using Fillo Dough, and see a wide variety of artisan flatbreads, including the new Rustics Collection™ Tandoori Naan

Paterson, N.J. – March 7, 2016 – Kontos Foods, Inc., a manufacturer and distributor of traditional artisan breads and Mediterranean specialty foods , today announced that it will be exhibiting at the 2016 FoodEx Japan tradeshow in Toyko from March 8-11. At the show – the largest annual food and beverage tradeshow in Asia – Kontos will showcase several products, including its Fillo and Kataifi Dough, several varieties of artisan Flatbreads, All-Natural, French-Style Crepes, Classic Baklava and Nut Rolls.

At booth #3C04-79, Kontos will showcase its industry-leading Kataifi Dough – finely spun strands of Fillo. The company will also be exhibiting its traditional Fillo, which comes in sheets of varying thicknesses.
