Crepes, available for retail and foodservice, are lower in calories and carbohydrates compared with other breads, rolls and wraps

The crepes – significantly lower in calories, fat, carbohydrates, and sodium versus other breads and wraps – can be used to create delicious, low-cal sandwiches, appetizers, meals, and desserts.
Kontos calls its crepe the “Lite, Elegant Skinny Wrap™” because it is a delicious replacement for a higher-calorie sandwich wrap, while at the same time providing the basis for elegant French-style dinners and desserts.
