Paterson, New Jersey – June 5, 2018 – Kontos Foods, Inc., a U.S.- based manufacturer and distributor of traditional artisan breads and Mediterranean specialty foods, is headed to New Orleans for IDDBA 2018, the annual show for the International Deli Dairy Bakery Association. Kontos will be featuring its full line-up of more than 60 varieties of flatbread, French-Style Crepes, Fillo dough, desserts and dips. #IDDBA18 takes place June 10-12 at Ernest N. The IDDBA show bills itself as the largest show for dairy, deli, bakery, and foodservice professionals. The event, which is sold out to exhibitors, has more than 800 exhibiting companies and more than 2,000 booths open to retail buyers, merchandisers, brokers, distributors, and manufacturers worldwide.
