At show Booth #543, Kontos exhibited its wide range of Kosher and Pas Yisroel-certified Flatbreads, along with Kosher Fillo Dough and Baklava – ideal components in both home and restaurant cooking
Paterson, N.J. – Nov. 2015 – Kontos Foods, Inc. (www.kontos.com), a U.S.-based manufacturer and distributor of traditional Greek and Mediterranean foods, proudly exhibited its full line of Kosher Pareve and Pas Yisroel-certified Flatbreads, as well and Kosher Fillo Dough and related products at this year’s Kosherfest show — Nov. 10 and 11 at the Meadowlands Exposition Center in Secaucus, N.J.
Visitors to Booth #543 had a chance to learn about Kontos Foods’ over 50 varieties of Flatbreads, including Panini bread, Indian and Asian Nans, and Flatbreads flavored with olives, spinach, tomato, onion cilantro and zesty Latin American-style spices. Kontos also showcased its top-selling Pocket-Less Pita® and Greek Lifestyle Flatbread, which offers double the protein, half the carbohydrates, less sugar and fewer calories than other traditional flatbreads. Kontos offered show participants the opportunity to sample the Flatbreads and Baklava.
Also on display was Kontos Fillo dough, in various thicknesses, and ready-made Fillo products such as Baklava, Nut Rolls, and savory Fillo pastry products such as Spanakopita and Tyropita.
